Booking Details

Navigate Through the features of the booking information page of a Booking made on your ReserveIt Calendar:

  • Join Video Call if video calls are enabled, there will be a button at the top of the page to join a video call directly from the booking information page.

  • Booking Status next to the video call button, there's a drop-down menu indicating the booking status. You can choose from options such as "Awaiting Payment," "Confirmed," or "Cancelled."

  • Client Information view detailed information about the client, including their name, booking time, service, additional information, and contact details.

  • Phone Call Option a phone number tab where you can instantly call the client by clicking on the phone icon next to their phone number.

  • Booking Details access and edit booking details such as date, time, service, practitioner, and any additional information.

  • Client Contact Details view and edit the client's contact details including their phone number, email address, and date of birth.

  • Notification Settings Toggle notification settings on or off for the client, such as email and SMS notifications.

  • Save or Close finally, you can either click the "Save, Send, and Close" button to confirm changes and close the booking page, or simply click the "Close" button to exit without saving changes.
