Creating Time Block Slots
Time Block slots prevent customers from making bookings during a specified time. This is an easy way to add lunch breaks to the schedule without having to create multiple availability slots, or can be used when any situation that arises that leads to you being unable to see customers in a specific window of time. Here's how to add a Time Block:
In the calendar view, select the "plus" sign or click and drag on the desired area of the calendar
Select the Time Block option
Complete the dialogue:
Select the desired Date
Select a start and end Time
Choose Personnel to whom the Time Block applies
- Click the "Create" button:
You have successfully created the Time Block. Clients will not be able to make bookings during this time
